There are many ways you can support Juno and our work

If you are interested in volunteering as a counsellor, we do accept experienced trainees as well as those who are fully qualified.  If you are a trainee, this would ideally be your second placement and you should already have a minimum of 50 client hours.  We ask all volunteer counsellors to become members of the BACP and be prepared to commit to staying with us for a minimum of two years.  Specialist training will be given before seeing clients.

In addition, we are always looking for people to help run the organisation in a variety of capacities – as a trustee, helping in the office, working on fundraising, providing non-specialist support.

For more information on Trustee and volunteer positions please email us on admin@junocounselling.co.uk

Our volunteer and counselling positions are open to women only.

As a volunteer led organisation we are able to keep the cost of managing the service low, however we still have to provide a comfortable environment for counselling to take place and of course have costs such as phone bills! We currently do not receive any central government funding so are reliant on donations and grants.
